Today we held our first ever Book Tasting in the library.
Children from Years 5&6 were invited to come along and "taste" different books - new authors, new genres etc. French café music, gingham tablecloths and candles (battery operated!) set the scene and added to the atmosphere. New authors were discovered and the children seemed to really enjoy the event, with several of the books being immediately taken out!
